Ongoing routine inspections
• We carry out 3 routine inspection each year on every property• A full report is forwarded to you after each inspection for your records, including photographs of the property as necessary
• We encourage our owners to attend once a year where possible to ensure both you and your property manager are on the same page with potential repairs for the future and current condition of your home
Maintenance and property repairs
• We proactively manage maintenance and repairs to agreed limits, ensuring you are well informed of these repairs to provide full disclosure
• Due to the professional relationship established with our tradespeople, we can comfortably guarantee any repairs by them, as well as the security of your home and the tenants belongings when they attend
• Please note - you do have the right to specify tradespeople of your choice, provided they are qualified within their specific field and able to assist us at short notice
